Notes and Tips
If you need to prepare the pandoro crumbles in advance, I suggest putting only the soft base and cream in the cups and storing them in the refrigerator. Add the toasted cubes and decorations just before serving to prevent them from softening.
You can also make the recipe with leftover panettone or with simple sponge cake.
