Notes and Tips
You can use classic panettone, one with just raisins, pandoro, or even colomba (during Easter). You can crumble the cake by hand, I used a mixer to speed up the process.
You can also make a whole cake, or a bundt cake, extending the baking time to 40-45 minutes.
You can increase or decrease the amount of chocolate to your taste. You can add a chopped apple, slightly prolonging the baking time because the batter will be more moist.
