Notes and Variations
You can use the pasta shape you prefer, in this case, I used linguine.
You can replace smoked salmon with speck, cooked ham, diced pancetta, or sautéed shrimp.
You can add a diced potato to the leeks while cooking. Then blend it with the mixer as well.
