- 7.1 oz shrimp tails
- 3.2 oz smoked salmon
- 3.5 oz cooking cream
- Half shallot

Preparation
Clean the shrimp tails by removing the shell and the black vein. Wash them and cut them into pieces.
Peel the shallot and finely chop it. Cut the smoked salmon into strips.
Sauté the shallot for a few moments in a pan, with a drizzle of oil.
Add the shrimp and let them cook for 2-3 minutes, adding a pinch of salt.
