- 5.64 oz pasta
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 zucchini
- 1/4 onion
- 3.53 oz feta
- milk (1-2 tablespoons)
- extra virgin olive oil
- herbs (to taste)

Preparation
Clean the bell pepper by removing the seeds and internal filaments, and cut it into strips.
Wash and trim the zucchini, then cut them into cubes or slices.
Peel and chop the onion.
Place the vegetables in a skillet (1), add a drizzle of oil, a pinch of salt, and cook over medium heat until they are tender but still firm.
Crumble the feta into a bowl, add a couple of tablespoons of milk, a pinch of pepper, and mix with a spoon until you obtain a cream.
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water for the necessary minutes. Drain it and add it to the skillet with the vegetables.
Add the feta cream and some basil, mint, oregano, or other herbs to taste (2). Mix for a few seconds, adding a little cooking water if necessary.
The pasta with vegetables and feta is ready, creamy and tasty, serve it immediately on plates!
