An appetizer idea that’s super easy, delicious, and very quick to make… the pastry wedges with ham and smoked cheese are ready in no time, with two rolls of puff pastry filled with cooked ham, cheese, and artichoke pate (or other pate as you like). The process is very simple, you basically just need to follow the photo steps to make the recipe and get a tasty savory pie, which comes out of the oven already divided into 8 portions! Moreover, you can customize the filling to your taste and according to the menu you have planned. At the bottom of the page, I have left some suggestions, but you can fill the wedges in many different ways.
