I used a “crunchy” peanut butter, which contains very fine peanut granules. However, “creamy” peanut butter, without granules, is also perfectly fine.
You can flavor the dough with a teaspoon of vanilla essence. You can replace the baking powder with baking soda (just the tip of a teaspoon will be enough).
You can use only white sugar, or only brown sugar (150 g total).
