Notes and Tips
You can assemble the tiramisù in individual bowls or directly on the plates you’ll be serving it on. If using a single dish, you can also spread the cream with a spoon, without using a pastry bag.
If you prepare it the night before, I recommend adding the pistachio crumbs at the last moment, so they remain crunchy.
Try to avoid soaking the ladyfingers too much, or they will release too much liquid onto the cream.
You can also use decaffeinated coffee or coffee mixed with milk.
You can add some white or dark chocolate shavings on top.
