Notes and Variations
You can make the polenta with instant flour or the classic one: just spread it to your preferred thickness, let it cool, and then cut it.
The tartlets can be square like mine, round, or any other shape (star, heart, etc.).
You can replace bresaola with speck, prosciutto crudo, or tuna carpaccio (if the menu is fish-based).
You can replace ricotta with goat cheese or robiola.
