Ingredients

  • 1.3 lbs pork ribs
  • 1.1 lbs potatoes
  • smoked paprika (or sweet, as you like)
  • herbs (as you like)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Tools

  • Air Fryer
  • Air Fryer Paper
  • Bowl
  • Peeler

Preparation

  • Sprinkle the pork ribs with salt, pepper, a pinch of paprika, and dried herbs to taste (rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano, or others).

Massage the meat so it absorbs the flavors of the seasonings.

  • Place the special parchment paper in the basket of the air fryer and arrange the ribs (1).

Set the temperature to 392°F and cook for 10 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges, put them in a bowl, and season with a little oil, salt, and herbs.

After 10 minutes, take out the basket, turn the ribs, and add the potatoes, trying to overlap them as little as possible (2).

  • Continue cooking, still at 392°F, for another 18-20 minutes, depending on the size of the ribs (3). Halfway through, you can turn the meat and potatoes, so they are golden on all sides.

  • Ribs and potatoes in air fryer are ready, transfer them to a platter and serve immediately… enjoy your meal!

Tips and Notes

You can flavor both the meat and potatoes with the herbs and spices you prefer. You can also just use garlic powder and rosemary.

To prevent the formation of smoke during cooking, I suggest pouring about half a finger of water at the bottom of the basket (the part without holes).

Adjust the cooking times based on the thickness of the meat and the model of your fryer. For these quantities, you need a fryer with at least 5.5 liters capacity… if yours is smaller, you should cook the ribs and potatoes separately.
