Notes and Tips
You can use either the classic sausages from your area or thinner ones like luganega.
Browning in the pan helps to reduce the fat content of the sausages. If you do not want to do this step, you can put them directly with the pumpkin and potatoes at the start of cooking.
Try to use a pumpkin with firm, dry flesh that will stay firm during cooking. In this case, I used a Delica pumpkin.
