Tips and Notes

You can use smoked salmon (cold or hot) or fresh salmon. If you use fresh, you will need to cut it into chunks and sear it for a few minutes in the pan.

You can use Philadelphia, robiola, ricotta, or another creamy cheese of your choice.

FAQ

  • How long does salmon and arugula pasta last?

If you want to serve it cold, you can store it in the refrigerator for one day, well sealed in a container. In this case, I recommend adding the arugula at the last moment, so it doesn’t soften too much.
