Tips and Variations
You can use chicken breast or other parts of the chicken, boneless and skinless, like thighs or drumsticks.
Cooking times depend on the meat used and the size of the strips.
Instead of cherry tomatoes, you can use vine-ripened tomatoes, peeled and seeded.
You can add basil leaves, thyme, or even a handful of pine nuts.
If you prefer, you can flour the strips before cooking them.
