Notes and Tips
To ensure the cake is tall and soft, all ingredients should be at room temperature, so take the mascarpone out of the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before using it.
I recommend keeping the chocolate chips in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before adding them to the batter, so they won’t melt while mixing.
