Tips and Variations
I used regular medium-large champignons, but if you find them, you can use portobello mushrooms.
You can flavor the filling with other aromatic herbs, like oregano or thyme. You can add a bit of grated Parmesan cheese, if you like.
Adjust the cooking time based on the size of the mushrooms. Check that they are tender by inserting a fork or a toothpick.
