Steps for preparing coffee and Nutella cream with Pan di Stelle cookies
Prepare the coffee with the moka. In a thick glass, put sugar and cocoa and mix, as soon as the coffee is ready, pour it into the glass, stir and let it cool, to cool it faster, put it in the fridge or freezer after some rest at room temperature.
Whip the cold cream from the fridge, do not add sugar but the now cold coffee, a little at a time, which we have sweetened enough to make the cream sweet as well, but obviously if we want a sweeter cream, use more powdered sugar. To avoid over-whipping the cream, continue to add the desired amount of coffee incorporating it with a spoon little by little when the consistency of the cream is already quite firm. Meanwhile, place in the fridge in a pastry bag.
Place the cookies in a food bag and crumble them by crushing them with your hands.
Make our dessert in a cup, there are two, start by putting a couple of teaspoons of crumbled cookies per cup, then add a teaspoon of Nutella, smearing the side of the cup. Then add part of the coffee cream, then more cookies and finally coffee cream, a little Nutella and a few cookie crumbs, decorate with cocoa and half a cookie.
Keep in the fridge until it’s time to dip the teaspoon into this delicious creamy coffee and Nutella cup with Pan di Stelle cookies.
For a lighter cream, you can replace the coffee cream with the cold water coffee cream.
