Delicious tiramisu with Pan di Stelle cookies, a simple and quick tiramisu to prepare, which I humorously call the ‘ignorant tiramisu,’ because the cream is prepared simply by beating eggs with sugar, to which mascarpone and whipped cream are added. The eggs are not pasteurized in this version, but if you want, you can do so by making the mascarpone cream with pasteurized eggs. I had already prepared a delicious Pan di Stelle tiramisu, but in that case, I had also used Pan di Stelle cream; this time, I wanted to try it with a cream more similar to the classic tiramisu. In this case, I didn’t pasteurize the eggs for the mascarpone cream, but I also added whipped cream to make the dessert extremely delicious, and I must admit, I succeeded. This delicious tiramisu is really prepared in just a few minutes; it is placed in the fridge, and after a few hours, it is ready to be served, perfect when we have guests. It will be the perfect dessert to serve; it makes a great impression, is very popular with children, and is a delightful treat with the good taste given by chocolate cookies and the soft and delicate mascarpone cream with whipped cream.

Steps to prepare delicious tiramisu with Pan di Stelle
Beat 4 eggs with sugar for at least 4-5 minutes until whipped into a soft cream. Then add the mascarpone and work with the electric whisks.
Separately, in a second large bowl, whip the cold cream from the fridge, with clean whisks. Then fold the cream into the mascarpone mixture, mixing it gently with a large spoon or ladle.
In a smaller bowl, add the milk with cocoa and mix with a teaspoon.
Quickly dip the cookies in the cold milk. Cover the baking dish with the cookies dipped in milk, and cover with a generous layer of cream. Layer with more cookies quickly dipped in milk, cover with more cream, then more cookies, cream, and finally the last layer of cookies. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours, allowing the cookies to soften and the cream to set.
I avoided using cocoa since the cookies are already chocolate. You can also use coffee in the milk, but I avoided it as well as avoiding liqueur in the cream so that the delicious Pan di Stelle tiramisu is also suitable for children, but anyone who wants can add them to taste.
And here it is ready to be enjoyed after a few hours, creamy and so delicious, the spoon dessert to prepare in a few minutes to impress, delicious tiramisu with Pan di Stelle cookies and mascarpone cream with whipped cream.
