Put the washed potatoes in a bowl, add more water, a teaspoon of baking soda, scrub and let soak for 10 more minutes. Then wash and drain them.
Now slice the potatoes with the skin into thick slices. Season with oil, salt, rosemary, and ground dried chili pepper. Mix.
