How to make salami roses to make the appetizer platter more elegant. Simple and quick glass method, ideal a glass with the preferred size to make larger or smaller roses depending on your taste, just use a wider glass for larger roses or a narrower one for smaller roses. In the video I show you in detail how to prepare the little roses, they make the classic platter more elegant and beautiful to see. It can be prepared with cold cuts and cheeses or enriched with pickles and preserves, but also with hot and cold preparations. I prepared a simple platter just to show you how even a simple platter can look beautiful and elegant on the table with a small trick, the salami rose, I prepared a large one with a wide glass but smaller ones can also be prepared with narrower glasses.

Steps for Preparing Salami Roses
Let’s prepare our appetizer board, with cold cuts, cheeses, crostini, sandwiches, and so on, leaving space on the platter for the salami roses. I left a wide space for a large rose.
Start placing the first slices of salami on the glass, covering the entire circumference, the slices slightly overlapping, and folded in half, half outside and half inside the glass, resting on the surface of the mouth of the glass. Once the first round is finished, repeat with the second, always slightly overlapping the slices, the next one overlaps the end of the previous one and so on, until all the slices of salami are used up. If we prepare smaller roses, smaller slices of salami will be needed, ideally, and fewer slices, with a smaller glass. Salami always in thin slices.
Turn the glass upside down on the platter, and as if by magic, lifting the glass leaves the salami rose on the platter, in an instant we have created a beautiful salami rose.
Easy, right? Now I await your photos to see your beautiful appetizer boards.
