Mediterranean Pan-Seared Sea Bream

Let’s prepare delicious Mediterranean pan-seared sea breams together. For once, I finally decided to prepare the sea bream not in the oven but in the pan. I don’t know why, but I usually bake them, probably because I can do other things in the meantime, besides the fact that I really like it. This time, however, I put aside old habits and thought of cooking the sea bream in a Mediterranean style with cherry tomatoes, onion, and olives. Well, I have to admit that I was truly surprised by the result, my Mediterranean pan-seared sea breams cooked quickly and turned out delicious, and in those few minutes of cooking, I didn’t have to watch them too much, nor did I have to turn them, I just had to cover them with a lid, and in a few minutes, I served a dish worth licking your lips for. Let’s see what we need to prepare them.
