- 2 cups vegetable whipping cream
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Steps for preparing Peach Tiramisu
1. Let’s prepare the yogurt cream. In a large and clean bowl, whip the cold cream from the fridge, with the electric whisks. Add the yogurt and quickly mix, finally add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix quickly.

2. Separate the syrup that we put in a bowl from the peaches.
3. Cut the peaches, half into cubes, half into thin slices, which we will use for decoration, and put them on a separate plate.
4. Prepare the tiramisu. Soak the ladyfingers in the syrup, on both sides, soaking them well, then place them in the baking dish. Cover the entire base of the baking dish with the soaked ladyfingers.
Cover with half the cream, then add the diced peaches over the entire surface.
Cover with more soaked ladyfingers, then cover with the cream, and finally decorate with the thinly sliced peaches, I also added some berries and mint leaves for decoration.
5. Let it rest in the fridge well covered, with plastic wrap, before serving, so that the cookies soften well. I recommend preparing it at least 8 hours in advance.
