  • Add a pinch of salt and tomato paste to the aluminum skillet.

  • When the water boils, cook the pasta until al dente. During cooking, add ground black pepper or, if you like, spicy chili powder. If you have a piece of Parmesan rind, add a small piece, it will give a nice taste.

  • At the end of cooking, it should have just a little broth at the bottom, so as you cook, adjust if you need to add more hot water or keep the flame higher to dry it more, and for this purpose, remove the lid used for cooking over medium heat.
