The amaretto and mascarpone cream cup is a single-serve spoon dessert, easy and quick to make. I made a cream using mascarpone, sugar, and whipped cream. Then, I layered in cups with amaretto soaked in coffee, mascarpone cream, and a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa. If you have guests at home or if you want to make a dessert for special occasions, this amaretto and mascarpone cream cup will impress!

- 8.8 oz Mascarpone
- 1.4 oz Sugar
- 0.42 cup Whipping Cream
- as needed Amaretti
- 1 cup Espresso Coffee
- as needed Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Preparation
To make the amaretto and mascarpone cream cup, prepare the cream: in a bowl, beat the mascarpone with sugar until you obtain a thick cream.
Add the whipped cream to the mixture, and blend the ingredients with a spatula, using an upward motion, until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
Prepare the espresso coffee and transfer the cream into a piping bag.
Take the cups and create a layer of amaretto soaked in coffee, a layer of cream, and a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa. Proceed this way until the cream is used up.
Garnish the cups with a sprinkle of cocoa and crumbled amaretti. Let rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Enjoy!
Note: the cups can be stored in the refrigerator for two days.
