Apple and Gorgonzola Puff Pastries

Apple and Gorgonzola puff pastries are delicious autumn-flavored finger foods. These puff pastries are easy and quick to prepare, perfect to serve for a home aperitif with friends. I cut the puff pastry into rectangles to make single-serving pastries that can be eaten by hand. I filled each pastry with apples, rosemary, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, and honey. You can personalize and enrich these pastries by serving them with added nuts and cold cuts.
