Baked fennel with soy sauce and sesame is a vegetarian side dish with a spicy flavor. I seasoned the fennel with an emulsion of oil, soy sauce, honey, and curry; then I added sesame seeds and baked them. Once out of the oven, this delicious fennel will fill your kitchen with an irresistible aroma!

Ingredients
- 2 fennel
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tbsp honey
- to taste sesame seeds
- 1 bunch parsley
Steps
To prepare the baked fennel, pour the extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce, and curry into a small bowl.
Also add the honey and mix well to get a well-emulsified mixture.
Thoroughly clean the fennel, rinse, and cut them into slices.
Dip the fennel in the previously made emulsion, and place them on an oven tray lined with parchment paper.
Season the fennel with the remaining emulsion and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve with chopped parsley and enjoy your meal!
