The baked feta with cherry tomatoes and olives is a simple vegetarian main course that also works as a tasty appetizer. I made this recipe by baking the feta and enriching it with peas and carrots. Fragrant and appetizing, this feta will be appreciated by the whole family!

Ingredients
- 1 feta in brine
- 1/3 cup peas
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 4 tablespoons black olives
- q.b. onion
- 1 sprig rosemary
- q.b. oregano
- q.b. extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
To make the baked feta, pour the peas into a pan, cover with water, and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Cook on low heat. Once ready, remove from heat.
Peel the carrot and julienne it. Wash and clean the cherry tomatoes, then cut them in half.
Drain the feta, then rinse it under running water and dry it by patting with kitchen paper or leaving it on a colander for a minute.
Take a baking dish and place the feta in the center. Pour the olives and peas around it, also add the cherry tomatoes and carrots. Add the rosemary and onion sliced thinly.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with chopped oregano.
Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until the cherry tomatoes are cooked. Once cooked, remove from oven and enjoy!
