Baked Gratinated Fennels

The baked gratinated fennels are a delicious side dish with an irresistible flavor. I sliced the fennels, blanched them, and then baked them with oil, breadcrumbs, and grated pecorino. Once out of the oven, the fennels will have a golden, crispy crust: one bite leads to another!
