Baked Pasta with Mushrooms and Sausage
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Cost: Economical
  • Preparation time: 10 Minutes
  • Cooking time: 40 Minutes
  • Portions: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 6 oz pasta
  • 9 oz mushrooms
  • 3.5 oz sausage
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • 1 oz grated Parmesan
  • 1.75 oz mozzarella

Steps

  • To make the baked pasta with mushrooms and sausage, clean the mushrooms, then slice them with a knife, and crumble the sausage.

  • In a pan, lightly brown the minced garlic with extra virgin olive oil and chopped parsley.

  • Then incorporate the sausage and let it brown for a couple of minutes. Finally, add the mushrooms, salt, and cook for about 15 minutes.

  • Cook the pasta in abundant boiling salted water; once cooked (preferably al dente), drain it, and add it to the pan with the mushrooms. Let it blend for a few minutes, then remove the pan from the heat.

  • Cut the mozzarella into cubes, add it with the Parmesan to the pasta; stir with a spoon to mix the ingredients.

  • Take a baking dish and pour in the pasta, trying to level it well. Put the pasta in the preheated oven at 350°F for about 20-30 minutes.

  • When a crispy crust has formed on top of the baked pasta, remove the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your meal!
