I poured the porridge into a bowl, added the berries, and garnished with almonds and yogurt. Easy and quick to make, this porridge will give you the right energy to face the day!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1.4 oz water
- 3.5 oz milk (lactose-free milk or plant-based beverage)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2.8 oz berries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 0.35 oz almonds
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
Steps
To make the berry and almond porridge, pour the berries and sugar into a small saucepan.
Place on the stove over low heat, add the water, and stir occasionally until the mixture begins to boil. Let it cook for about 10 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
In another small pan, pour the rolled oats along with the water and milk. Add the honey and cinnamon, then cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a spoon. It should reach a soft and non-sticky consistency.
Pour the porridge into a bowl and garnish with the previously cooked berries.
Enhance with coarsely chopped almonds and a tablespoon of yogurt.
