Breaded and Fried Anchovies

Breaded and fried anchovies are perfect to serve at the table as a main course or appetizer. You can enjoy them all year round, and they are a must-have in a seafood dinner. Even the little ones will greatly appreciate this version of anchovies, as they resemble cutlets, being dipped in egg and then in breadcrumbs.
