Broccoli patties are tasty vegetarian bites with a gooey filling.
For this recipe, I used previously boiled broccoli, to which I then added an egg and breadcrumbs.
I formed the patties by placing cheese cubes in the center, and cooked them in a hot air fryer, but alternatively, you can bake them in the oven.
In just a few minutes and with simple steps, you will create a delicious recipe suitable for the whole family.
