Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes – Air Fryer

Brussels sprouts and potatoes are a tasty side dish cooked in the air fryer. The sprouts and potatoes are easy to make: I first seasoned the potatoes with oil, rosemary, and oregano, then cooked them in the air fryer; afterwards, I added the sprouts and finished cooking. For a family dinner and for a side dish to serve with a meat main course, this recipe will delight everyone at the table!

Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes (large)
  • 8.8 oz Brussels sprouts
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 sprig dried oregano
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt

Tools

  • Air fryer

Preparation

  • To make the Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes, peel the potatoes and wash them; then cut them into wedges or cubes, as you prefer.

  • In a bowl, add the potatoes, season them with salt, rosemary, and oregano. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and mix with a spoon.

  • Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook at 392°F for 15 minutes. Occasionally open and shake the basket to ensure even cooking.

  • Wash and clean the sprouts, if they are large cut them in half, otherwise leave them whole.

  • Add the sprouts to the air fryer basket along with the potatoes. Continue cooking at 392°F for another 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
