The chicken with spiced carrots is a rich and tasty main course that’s easy to make. For this recipe, I cooked the carrots in a skillet with curry and paprika, while the chicken was grilled on a grill pan. Finally, I combined the chicken with the carrots and sautéed it in the pan. With just a few simple ingredients, you can bring a flavorful dish to the table!

Ingredients
- 10.6 oz chicken breast (sliced)
- 12.3 oz carrots
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 tbsp curry
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt

Preparation
To make chicken with spiced carrots, wash and clean the carrots, then peel and slice them. In a skillet, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, curry, paprika, garlic, and chopped parsley.
Place the skillet over low heat, add a ladle of water, and cook to dissolve the spices and create a sauce.
Add the carrots and cook over moderate heat for about ten minutes.
Cook the chicken breast slices on the grill pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Once cooked and well browned, remove them from the pan and cut them into strips.
Pour the chicken into the skillet with the carrots and remove the garlic.
Sauté in the skillet to combine the chicken with the carrots and season with salt. Enjoy your meal!
