Chicken Wrapped in Bacon

Chicken wrapped in bacon is a tasty main course ideal for enjoying with friends and family during a nice barbecue. This chicken wrapped in bacon is a recipe that is very easy to make and takes little time: chicken slices are coated in ketchup and then wrapped in bacon slices, all flavored with rosemary and then cooked on the grill or griddle. With just a few simple ingredients, you’ll enjoy a flavorful and alternative dish to classic grilled meats.

Ingredients

  • 5 chicken slices
  • 10 bacon slices
  • to taste Rosemary
  • to taste Ketchup

Preparation

  • To make chicken wrapped in bacon, wash the chicken slices under running water, then pat them dry with paper towels.

    Pour a few tablespoons of ketchup onto a plate and coat each slice, making sure the ketchup adheres on both sides.

    If desired, you can marinate them for at least an hour and add some chopped chili peppers.

  • Place a sprig of rosemary (previously washed and dried) on each chicken slice and then wrap the slices in two slices of bacon.

  • Cook on the grill or griddle for 5 minutes on each side. Serve and enjoy your meal!
