Chicory with Bacon

Chicory with Bacon is a tasty and flavorful side dish, ideal for accompanying meat or egg-based main courses. You can also use this side dish to season pasta, such as gnocchi. To prepare this recipe, I first boil the chicory, then I combine it with the bacon sautéed in a pan. With fresh and high-quality ingredients, you will serve your guests a dish to lick your chops!
