Ingredients

  • 14 oz Dark chocolate (or milk)
  • 3 oz Puffed rice
  • 7 oz White chocolate

Preparation

  • To make the chocolate and puffed rice bars, melt the dark (or milk) chocolate in a double boiler. Line a rectangular (or square) container with parchment paper and pour half of the chocolate on the base and sides. Put in the fridge to set.

  • Meanwhile, in a bowl, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, then add the puffed rice, using a spatula to mix until the chocolate evenly coats the rice.

  • Remove the container from the fridge and pour the puffed rice mixture into it, leveling it well with the help of a spatula. Use a knife to make rectangular scores to form the bars.

  • Cover everything with the remaining melted dark chocolate, trace over the created rectangles, and put in the fridge for one hour.

  • After the time has passed, turn the mixture out onto a work surface, remove the parchment paper, and separate the bars.

  • The chocolate and cereal bars can be stored in the fridge for several days. Enjoy!
