No-bake chocolate bars

- Preparation time: 10 Minutes
- Portions: 8 Pieces
- Cooking methods: No cooking
Ingredients
- 14 oz Dark chocolate (or milk)
- 3 oz Puffed rice
- 7 oz White chocolate
Preparation
To make the chocolate and puffed rice bars, melt the dark (or milk) chocolate in a double boiler. Line a rectangular (or square) container with parchment paper and pour half of the chocolate on the base and sides. Put in the fridge to set.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, then add the puffed rice, using a spatula to mix until the chocolate evenly coats the rice.
Remove the container from the fridge and pour the puffed rice mixture into it, leveling it well with the help of a spatula. Use a knife to make rectangular scores to form the bars.
Cover everything with the remaining melted dark chocolate, trace over the created rectangles, and put in the fridge for one hour.
After the time has passed, turn the mixture out onto a work surface, remove the parchment paper, and separate the bars.
The chocolate and cereal bars can be stored in the fridge for several days. Enjoy!
