Chocolate and Wafer Bars

Chocolate and wafer bars are delicious snacks made with just two ingredients. You only need milk chocolate and wafers for an easy and quick creation! I used hazelnut wafers, but you can use the wafers you like best. These chocolate and wafer bars will be appreciated by everyone, young and old alike!

No-Bake Chocolate Bars

Chocolate and Wafer Bars
  • Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz milk chocolate
  • 14 hazelnut wafers

Tools

  • 1 Baking Pan

Steps

  • To make the chocolate and wafer bars, melt 5.3 oz of milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Pour it into an 8×8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.

  • Place the wafers on the chocolate to create a layer, then refrigerate to set for 30 minutes.

  • Melt the remaining milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and cover everything. Refrigerate for one hour.

  • Remove from the mold and cut into bars. Enjoy!
