Easy to prepare, the chocolate bars are made with dark chocolate and desiccated coconut.
They are also quite fun to make, especially with kids, as these bars are decorated with colorful sprinkles, balls, and candy-coated peanuts, all brightly colored.
The chocolate bars with colorful sprinkles are ideal for any time of the year: for birthday parties, anniversaries, holidays (for example, for a Carnival party) and to use up leftover chocolate at home (as often happens at Easter, but also at Christmas).

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz Dark chocolate
- 3 tbsps Desiccated coconut
- as needed Colorful sprinkles
- as needed Colorful balls
- as needed Candy-coated peanuts
Preparation
To make the chocolate bars with colorful sprinkles, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Once melted, add the desiccated coconut, blending and stirring with a spoon.
Line a rectangular or square container with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate in, tilt the container to evenly distribute the chocolate mixture on the bottom and along the sides.
Roughly chop the candy-coated peanuts in half and place them on the surface of the chocolate; sprinkle with colorful sprinkles and colorful balls. Dust with grated coconut.
Let it rest until the chocolate has completely hardened; then roughly chop or break into pieces (bars) and serve.
The bars can be stored in a cookie tin at room temperature or in the refrigerator, according to your taste.
