The chocolate milkshake is a fresh and tasty drink that can be made in a few minutes. I made the chocolate milkshake using three ingredients: chocolate milk (in this case, I used rice chocolate milk, but you can use any chocolate milk you prefer), vanilla ice cream, and unsweetened cocoa. I then served the milkshake garnished with whipped cream and chocolate chips; moreover, before pouring the milkshake, I “smeared” the inside of the glasses with hazelnut cream. Perfect as a snack or dessert, this chocolate milkshake is perfect for chocolate and ice cream lovers.

Ingredients
- 3.5 oz chocolate milk
- 7 oz vanilla ice cream
- 3 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsps hazelnut spread
- as needed whipped cream
- as needed dark chocolate chips
Preparation
To make the chocolate milkshake, pour the cold chocolate milk and unsweetened cocoa into an immersion blender. Start blending and gradually add the vanilla ice cream; it should not be too cold, so I recommend removing it from the freezer ten minutes before.
Blend until you get a smooth cream. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk.
Take a teaspoon of hazelnut cream and spread it inside the glasses along the edges, using the back of the teaspoon.
Pour the milkshake into the glasses and whip the cream. Garnish the milkshakes with whipped cream, a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa, and chocolate chips. Serve and enjoy!
