The chocolates with pistachio heart are small taste treasures easy to make. These chocolates feature a chocolate shell that encloses a pistachio heart immersed in a delicious spread, also pistachio flavored. One of the first recipes made for the blog was the chocolates with hazelnut heart, which turned out to be among the most loved recipes, and I couldn’t resist making the pistachio version too! Chocolate and pistachio lovers cannot miss this recipe!

Ingredients
- 2.8 oz hazelnut wafer
- as needed pistachio spread
- 10 pistachios
- 7 oz milk chocolate
- as needed pistachio granules

Preparation
To make the chocolates with pistachio heart, place the wafers in the mixer bowl and blend finely to obtain a sand-like mixture.
Add a tablespoon of pistachio spread to the crushed wafers and blend again. Then use a spoon to mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Place the wafer mixture into a semi-spherical chocolate mold. Press the mixture well into the mold to form a dome shape with a hollow inside. Let it rest in the fridge for half an hour.
Then, remove the shells from the mold and fill them with pistachio cream using a teaspoon. In half of the shells, place a pistachio; then pair a shell with a pistachio with one without. Let it rest in the fridge for fifteen minutes.
In the meantime, melt the milk chocolate (in the microwave or bain-marie). Dip the chocolates in the melted (cooled) chocolate and then in the pistachio granules.
Place the chocolates with pistachio heart on a plate and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Enjoy!
