Cocoa Lady’s Kisses with White Hazelnut Cream

The cocoa lady’s kisses with white hazelnut cream are irresistibly tasty cookies. For their preparation, I used the classic lady’s kisses recipe by Iginio Massari and substituted part of the flour with unsweetened cocoa powder to achieve dark-colored kisses with a light filling. These cocoa lady’s kisses are delicious because the dough contains hazelnuts and almonds. For the filling, I opted for a delicious homemade white hazelnut cream. Cocoa lady’s kisses are easy to make and will be loved by everyone!
