The coconut and chocolate profiteroles are a dessert with an irresistible taste, perfect for surprising friends and family. This recipe was born from an idea of my boyfriend, now a stable partner in my work as a food blogger! I made the choux pastry puffs at home and filled them with a delicious mascarpone, coconut, and white chocolate cream; finally, I glazed them and served them with a sprinkle of coconut.

- Difficulty: Easy
- Cost: Inexpensive
- Preparation time: 30 Minutes
- Portions: 5 People
- Cooking methods: Stovetop, Oven
Ingredients
- 20 Choux pastry puffs
- 3.5 oz Milk chocolate
- to taste Desiccated coconut
- 1 cup cup Mascarpone
- 1.75 oz White chocolate
- 1.75 oz Desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsps Sugar
Preparation
To make the coconut and chocolate profiteroles, first prepare the choux pastry puffs.
In a bowl, cream the mascarpone with the sugar. Then incorporate the coconut and the white chocolate melted in a bain-marie (cooled).
Fill the puffs with the coconut cream: either with a piping bag or by cutting the puffs in half. Dip the puffs one at a time upside down in the melted milk chocolate.
Once the puffs are glazed, proceed with assembling the dessert: arrange the puffs on a serving plate, stacking them one on top of the other to form a pyramid. Sprinkle with grated coconut.
Store the profiteroles in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
