The coconut ice cream is a perfect dessert for after meals or a snack. I made this recipe without eggs and without using an ice cream maker. This ice cream is prepared with only three ingredients: cream, coconut, and condensed milk. Once the ice cream has rested in the freezer, you can serve it with chocolate pieces or with a chocolate topping. Easy to make, this coconut ice cream will win you over at the first spoonful!
