Coffee Ice Cream – No Eggs and No Ice Cream Maker

The coffee ice cream is a refreshing and tasty idea for summer made without eggs and without the use of an ice cream maker. To make this ice cream, you only need three ingredients: cream, condensed milk, and coffee. Once the ice cream has rested in the freezer, you can serve it with chocolate coffee beans. Creamy and easy to make, this coffee ice cream will conquer you at the first spoonful!

Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 5.3 oz condensed milk
  • 7 oz whipping cream
  • 1.8 oz coffee
  • to taste chocolate-covered coffee beans

  • Mixer

Steps

  • To make the coffee ice cream, brew the coffee (moka or espresso) and let it cool.

  • With a mixer or a stand mixer, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

  • In a bowl, combine the cold coffee with the condensed milk, stirring to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  • Incorporate the coffee and milk mixture into the cream, always mixing with the electric whisk (or stand mixer), until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.

  • Transfer the mixture into a container with a lid, or cover with cling film.

  • Place in the freezer to rest for 4 hours, or better yet, overnight.

  • Serve the ice cream with chocolate-covered coffee beans. Enjoy!
