Ingredients
- 7 oz pasta
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 3.5 oz mozzarella
- 3 tbsps pesto
- to taste salt
- leaves basil
Steps
To make the cold pasta with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and pesto, cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water.
Once cooked (preferably al dente), drain the pasta, place it in a bowl, and mix it with the pesto, stirring to combine.
Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes; drain and dice the mozzarella.
Add the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella to the bowl with the pasta, and finally adjust the salt.
Serve the pasta with a few basil leaves and enjoy your meal!
