Cookies with Almonds and Chocolate

Cookies with almonds and chocolate are delicious treats that are easy to make and have an irresistible taste. I made these cookies with a butter-free mixture, and I added chopped almonds and chocolate to the dough. Once out of the oven, you’ll be engulfed by the aroma of these cookies, making it hard to resist trying them while they’re still warm!

Cookies with Almonds and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Half packet baking powder
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate

Steps

  • To make cookies with almonds and chocolate, in a bowl or stand mixer, beat the eggs with the oil.

  • Add the flour, continuing to mix, then add the sugar and then the baking powder.

  • Finally, add the coarsely chopped almonds and chocolate pieces.

  • Work with your hands or with the stand mixer until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.

  • Take some dough with your hands and form balls, flatten them with your hands, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes until golden. Once the cookies are baked, take them out and let them cool. Enjoy!
