- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Coriander
- 1 tablespoon Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
Tools
- Air Fryer
Preparation
To make the crunchy and spicy chickpeas, soak the chickpeas overnight or for at least 6/8 hours. Then cook them in a pot following the instructions on the package.
Once cooked, drain them and then dry them with a clean cloth or paper towel.
Transfer the chickpeas to a bowl and season them with the spices and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Place the chickpeas in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 390°F for 10/15 minutes, until golden brown. Shake the basket occasionally to turn the chickpeas and check the cooking.
For those who do not have an air fryer, you can bake the chickpeas in a preheated oven at 390°F for 30 minutes, or until golden, turning them with a spoon every 5/10 minutes.
Serve the chickpeas warm in small bowls. Enjoy!
