Hazelnut cookies are tasty biscuits made with hazelnuts and dairy-free hazelnut spread. With only four ingredients, you’ll make delicious hazelnut cookies that once baked, you will garnish with more hazelnut spread and a halved hazelnut. In just a few minutes, you’ll enjoy homemade cookies that will disappear quickly!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dairy-free hazelnut spread
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
- as needed dairy-free hazelnut spread
- as needed whole hazelnuts

Steps
To make the hazelnut cookies, pour the hazelnut spread and an egg into a bowl.
Using a whisk, mix the ingredients, then add the flour and chopped hazelnuts.
Mix everything with a spatula until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous dough. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Then, take some of the dough and create mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. Once ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
Garnish the cookies with hazelnut spread and half a hazelnut. Enjoy!
