Desert Roses with Nutella

Desert Roses with Nutella are delightful no-bake bites to make for the whole family. I enriched these roses by adding chopped hazelnuts and pistachios, which give an irresistible flavor and an extra touch of crunchiness. Simple to make, these Desert Roses with Nutella will be gone in no time!

Ingredients

  • 4.5 oz Butter
  • 5.6 oz Sugar
  • 0.7 oz Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 7 oz Nutella®
  • 5.3 cups Corn flakes (cornflakes)
  • 0.7 oz Chopped Hazelnuts
  • 0.7 oz Chopped Pistachios

Preparation

  • To make the Desert Roses with Nutella, put the chopped butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk in a saucepan. Place over low heat and melt the ingredients, then bring to a boil for one minute.

  • Remove from heat and incorporate the Nutella, stirring until completely melted and you obtain a smooth and shiny mixture.

  • In a large bowl, pour the cornflakes, chopped hazelnuts, and pistachios. Add the chocolate mixture and stir well to combine the ingredients.

  • On a tray lined with parchment paper, use a spoon to form small piles (Desert Roses). Let solidify in the refrigerator for three to four hours. Enjoy!
