The egg white and Greek yogurt waffles are made with a few simple ingredients.
Perfect for a healthy and tasty breakfast (or snack), you can top these waffles as you like: I used hazelnut cream and pecans, but you can use fruit with honey or maple syrup.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 1/2 tbsp egg whites
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup flour (all-purpose or oat)
- 1 tsp baking powder

Steps
To prepare the egg white and Greek yogurt waffles, pour the Greek yogurt into a bowl and add the egg whites.
Mix together and add the oil. Then add the sifted flour with the baking powder, mix to obtain a smooth and lump-free batter.
Heat the waffle maker well, lightly greased, then pour a spoonful of batter inside. Close the machine and cook the waffles.
Once they are nicely golden, transfer the waffles to a tray with the help of a spatula.
Top the waffles as you like! Enjoy!

Storage
Waffles without topping can be stored in the refrigerator, sealed in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Heat them before serving. Alternatively, you can freeze them.
